1881085 - Please respin the unitedinternet partner builds on Firefox 123

Unfortunately due to a bad checkin, one of the united internet builds has the wrong extension.

So we'd like to get those partner builds respun.

How do we get these promoted to the main FTP site? Until they replace the builds here:

https://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/partners/unitedinternet/mail.com/123.0/win64/de/

the stub installers won't work.

Do we need the bouncer at download.mozilla.org to be updated?

The docs mention updating the bouncer using a bouncer admin web app.

Doesn't seem like that app is around anymore. Do we need to talk to the API directly? We can't access the production instance.

The script on the docs (section 3) outputs these instructions - I think they'd correspond to POST calls.

Is this resolved now that the builds are in the main FTP site? Should I update bouncer/download.mozilla.org?
