Firefox version: Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-20)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.usbank.com/index.html
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Check the layout.

Expected Behaviour:
The footer background is completely blue.

Actual Behaviour:
There's a white space at the bottom of the page.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
