Go to the URL or open the attached testcase.

AR: The demo is blurry
ER: Not so. Chrome is not blurry here.

Can repro on a build from Jan2021, so not a new regression. Fun fact: On a build from Jan2019, the outer circles were crisp (but the inner circle was still blurred).

Tentatively putting under SVG, but this may be a gfx bug.

Thanks for finding those regression ranges.

Removing the perspective from the testcase fixes the problem, so I think this is the same problem as bug 1806281.
