The CODEOWNERS file for FX Android could use some updating now that the FX Android team has split into subgroups. We should ensure that each component in A-C has a CODEOWNER to help make decisions about the component moving forward, and to help establish points of contact more generally.

Additionally, updates to the RFC process which would land as part of this patch suggest using stakeholders in the future which would be assisted by having explicit CODEOWNERS.

The CODEOWNERS file was updated recently (bug 1872971), so however the team decides to distribute these around, please add to this existing one and not start from scratch.
