The Local script override feature should also support remote debugging cases.

This would definitely be a big help in debugging hard or impossible to replicate bugs that only seem to happen in a real mobile browser rather than responsive design mode on desktop. I'm currently working on one such frustrating bug, and I've had to use Chrome to override some JavaScript on Android; I'd much rather use Firefox for everything. Thanks!

Moving to Network, since the feature is now also accessible from the network panel, and is handled in the Network Observer on the backend side
