1881500 - Enable ESLint rule object-shorthand on the extensions code

The ESLint rule object-shorthand has been enabled across the majority of mozilla-central for a while now.

The comment in the .eslintrc.js file says that this is something to be considered at review time, however the intent of ESLint is to make review simpler. Hence I think we should enable it on the extensions code to be consistent with the rest of m-c.

I noticed there were a couple of tests broken and I haven't quite had time to get back to this yet. Hopefully in the next day or so.
