Preconditions

Open and close some tabs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Tabs Tray -> three dots menu -> Recently closed tabs.
2. Tap on a webpage.
3. Switch to private mode.
4. Go to Recently closed tabs and select a tab.

Expected behavior

The page is opened in private mode.

Actual behavior

The page is opened in normal mode.
