1881599 - Native Notifications popping out a new temporary window after update to 123

Steps to reproduce:

Simply updated the browser

Actual results:

Whenever I get a (native) notification, since I have that setting, a temporary window appears (and it shows or doesn't show depending on the visibility of the browser in that moment). It has been happening with Whatsapp Web, but I'm not using other notifications right now to check if it happens with another site.

Expected results:

The notification should be shown without any new window and regardless of browser visibility

Hello! I have tried to reproduce the issue with firefox 125.0a1(2024-02-23) on Ubuntu 22.04, unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on my end.
Could you please answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue:

1. Does this issue happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
2. Does this issue happen in the latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
3. Do you have any addons installed? If yes could you please list them?

Hi!! Answering below:

1.- I haven't tried a new profile, I can't today, I'll try the next days.

2.- My version: 123.0 (64-bit) (Windows 10) - I'll try the beta later

3.- Enabled Extensions/Addons:
- To Google Translator
- Auto Tab Discard
- Clear Cache
- Dark Reader
- Remove Cookies Button
- Tab Auto Refresh
- uBlock Origin
(no disabled addons)

Hope it helps, I'll comment after installing the beta. Let me know if any particular flag config should be checked/informed.
