Forgot we have a jQuery slim asset under androidTest/assets/pages. I don't think we actually use it anywhere, plus it's a really old version. I double checked refresh.html under the directory and while it's included in script, it's not actually using any jQuery. I'll remove it in this bug and see if tests pass.
