Steps to reproduce:

Go to twitter.com and scroll to any video. Play video. Seems to happen on any site with video playback on my Samsung devices.

Actual results:

Video stutters and drops framerate significantly. Happening with mobile app on Samsung S22 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra as well. Once I refresh or seek thru the video it usually stops the stuttering. But it almost always comes back.

Expected results:

Smooth playback and no stuttering or loss of frames.

Hi,
This issue is reproducible on more Samsung S devices.
It has been already reported previously, the above mentioned bug is also a similar.
But I think this can be closed as a duplicate of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1877948.
