In Bug 1879146, we added some lint exclusions for our docs. In this bug, we want to examine the files we have that are in the lint exclusions and consider what can be fixed in order to remove the files from the exclusion list.

tools/lint/license.yml has an exclusion for mobile/android/android-components/docs/ which had been included under a comment for bug 1881094; I'm going to "re-assign" that to this bug -- seems more appropriate.

reviewing the lint baselines is an important, but large piece of work.
we have been talking about scoping this out for 2025, so this would fit nicely into that initiative.
