User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:123.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/123.0

Steps to reproduce:

Open developer tools
Navigate to storage inspector
Open an item in the storage
Click on it to open the values
Try to scroll down

Actual results:

The scrollbar is non-existent, you can't use the mouse scroll wheel to go down the object (Object needs to be big enough or have enough nested values to overflow downwards)

Expected results:

You should be able to scroll down the object

Reproducible on a 2024-02-28 Nightly build on macOS 12.
Verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 126.0a1 and Firefox 125.0 on macOS 12, Windows 10, Ubuntu 22.
