I have verified this bug on the latest Nightly 125.0a1 (Build ID: 20240304093606) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 13.1 and Linux Mint 20.1 x64.

• The "Manage Firefox Suggest" option is correctly displayed in the weather suggestions menu.
• After clicking the "Manage Firefox Suggest" option, the "about:preferences#search" page is opened in a new tab and the "Address Bar - Firefox Suggest" section is highlighted for a few seconds.
