Preconditions:

Modify the following pref via about:config: browser.search.region set to US.
Have some saved addresses.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to: https://www.ebay.com/
2. Login with a valid account.
3. Add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Tap on the “Add a new address” button.
5. Tap the “Full name” text box.
6. Observe the behavior.

Expected result:

The dropdown list for selecting an address is displayed on the first attempt.

Actual result:

The dropdown list for selecting an address is not displayed on the first attempt.

Verified on the latest Nightly build (148.0a1 from 2025-12-30).

The dropdown list for selecting an address is displayed on the first attempt.

Device used: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android 15).
