It might be preferable to clear/reset isExpectedTranslate and isOfferTranslate on a Fenix action that corresponds to page load or similar if possible. To make this change, it would be necessary to thoroughly test and ensure there were no edge cases related to things like returning from the background, or re-opening/restoring the app.
