Docs have been failing to build on ReadTheDocs since December 19, 2023:
https://readthedocs.org/projects/mozilla-eliot/builds/22903257/
I think ReadTheDocs is building with the wrong version of Python and we need to update it in .readthedocs.yml.
I added obs-team@mozilla.com as an email notification so we'll get notified next time rather than have it silently fail.
