Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: weather.com
  2. Click on the buttons located in the page header.
  3. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The buttons do not have a border around them

Actual Behavior:
The buttons have a border around them

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
  • Works as expected using Chrome
  • For some buttons, a dotted margin is present
  • Screengif attached
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
