As a followup to Bug 1881055, we would like to remove PromptParent's isAboutAddonsOptionsPage helper in favor to a more generic way to handle that same corner case (one that doesn't need to special case browser elements embedded in about:addons pages specifically), see https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D202237 for some more context around what isAboutAddonsOptionsPage is doing and what may be other options we would like to look into.
