Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130

The address book sync has trouble with entries containing non english
characters. If the palm has such an entry, this entry is ignored. If the
Mozilla address book has such an entry, the palm will has this entry garbeled
(unicoded?)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set City to München for some entry on the Palm
2. Set City to München for some entry in Address Book (Mozilla)
3. Perform a sync
Actual Results:
For 1: Address Book (Mozilla) is missing the City
For 2: Palm has Mxxnchen garbeled

Expected Results:
Both entries should contain "München"
