Please provide a summary of the request and outline any user-facing changes. [REQUIRED]
We have revamped the clear history process for users on firefox desktop. There is a new UI for the clear history dialog, with new clearing options, and functionality. Users can now see how much data they are clearing for cookies and cache based on the time range they select to clear. Additionally, the dialog has been unified through all entry points for clearing history (hamburger menu, about:preferences#privacy --> clear data, clear history, clear on shutdown). The clear site data dialog will have it's own clear options remembering, separate from clear history and clear on shutdown.
The new dialog will be enabled by default.
Are the user-facing changes mentioned above final? (yes or no)? [REQUIRED]
yes
Is this an on- or off-train release? Please indicate the product version number, if applicable, and add it to the end of the Summary field using the format of: Summary [Product V123]. [REQUIRED]

Please add instructions for testing that will enable us to replicate the expected product behavior. [REQUIRED]
You can access the clear history dialog through the hamburger menu, under history --> clear recent history. Otherwise, you can access the dialog through about:preferences#privacy --> clear site data or clear history or clear on shutdown settings. To test data size changing, you can switch the clearing time range you select. To test pref remembering, you can test which options are remembered by clearing different options through different endpoints.
Does the content need approval before publishing? If yes, identify the one approver responsible for this task.

This dialog is set to release in Fx126. I wanted to reach out to see if the SUMO updates will roll out for this release, or if more time is required. Thanks for taking this!

Just to clarify processes around content roadmapping -- even once a Bugzilla is submitted, we typically do not begin working on content for a version release until the prior version has rolled out. Meaning, we begin working on V128 content once V127 rolls out. This content is now being prioritized along with all other V128 requests and will be completed by July 9. Hope this helps!

Since the updates were minor but still required a lot of markup to maintain the previous version for users not on 128, we opted to make the changes directly in Kitsune using {for fx128} tags. The updates are now live but are only visible to users on Firefox 128 or later.

Template:clearCookiesCache is used in multiple KB articles. It also needs an update, which I submitted, that's pending review. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Template:clearCookiesCache/history

The new template content wasn't showing up in a few of the articles that use the template. The changes did show up after I submitted empty edits to the affected articles (bug?). Related discussion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems/discuss/12344
