Steps to reproduce:

<input type="datetime-local" className="form-control" id="datec" />

Actual results:

In other browser Opera, Chrome and Edge datepicker showing time as well, but in the firefox it's shown only datepicker.

Expected results:

Firefox should show datepicker+time picture for the following html code please check attached screenshot

I guess this may be related to the fact that we don't have a picker for <input type=time>, either.

(Safari also shows only a date picker, fwiw.)

The picker probably belongs more to Toolkit:Widgets than Layout:Form Controls.

@Jonathan sure I will report that issue on Apple Safari's portal, however, it also works on Chrome and other browsers.
