Airflow DAG "overwatch" seems to be missing from DagBag.

Happens when you try to access the DAG: https://workflow.telemetry.mozilla.org/dags/overwatch/grid

Issue started after the recent Airflow upgrade to 2.8.2

:mducharme said the dag was intentionally deleted and will be removed from the UI
