Attached file crash.log

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:122.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/122.0

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to the site - https://worldle.teuteuf.fr/ in the browser (full build info- 125.0a1 Build #2016007767, commit 27ba8a6559+ )
  • Firefox crashes and displays the normal "Firefox has crashed" and submit the report, etc.

Reproduction

  • Same thing each time

Attempts to isolate

  • Remove site from history and its cache
  • Remove ALL browsing data
  • Uninstall and reinstall Firefox nightly entirely
  • None of this helped and error still occurred on a brand new

Confirmation that it's nightly

  • Site works fine in vivaldi and Firefox Focus mobile browsers

Actual results:

  • Firefox crashed (see logfile)

Expected results:

  • Site should work without issue

I should note- this seems to have occurred within the last few days.

I don't update every single night (using Aurora store) so I would estimate anywhere within the last couple weeks. So late February to March 6 the problem started to surface at best guess.

Sorry for the bug :(

It has been fixed in bug 1884300. Please wait for tomorrow (or later) 's nightly update.

No worries at all. Small thing to deal with.

Thank you guys for all your hard work! :))

Nightly builds with the fix for bug 1884300 are available from the Play Store now. No crashes for me with that build when visiting the site in comment 0.
