1884517 - Icon badge has always cut the right side

Steps to reproduce:

1. make sure there is a badge on some of your addons (or check the attachment here)
2. place your head really close to the monitor :)
3. observe the right side of the badge

Actual results:

Two issues:

1. right side is always "cut" - it's missing the "border-radius". This applies even if the content is only 1 character long.
2. the text is not centered, this is mostly observable if the values has 2 or 3 characters.

Expected results:

Border radius should work on all corners.
The text inside should be centered.

Hello,

I reproduced the issue on the latest Nightly (125.0a1/20240310211048), Beta (124.0b9/20240308091626) and Release (123.0.1/20240304104836) under Windows 10 x64 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

I used uBlock Origin and the badge is indeed cut on the right side. See screenshot for more details.
