Caret in textarea disappears when using IME to write multibyte-character
strings. It may be Unicode, but I mean it happens whenever entering any
non-1-byte characters, such as Japanese.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Entering any multibyte-character strings with IME
2. Move the caret in textarea or edit box by arrow keys

Actual Results:  
The caret disappears.

Expected Results:  
The caret moves forward and back by pushing arrow keys

I think this bug was introduced in nightly of this week, 2003
