1884689 - Add nsDocShell::GetBrowsingContext to the prefix list

We have bug 1842606 on file for some bogus stacks, which perhaps kept people from noticing bug 1884686, which looks like an actionable bug. Adding nsDocShell::GetBrowsingContext to the prefix list would split these up.

An example of the latter crash:

This signature should become [@ nsDocShell::GetBrowsingContext | nsDocumentViewer::PermitUnload]

Here's an example of a bogus crash (although this is for a build from about 4 months ago so I would say this it not a real problem now):

This deployed to prod just now in bug #1886008. Marking as FIXED.
