Steps to reproduce:
Hi,
This is a high level "bug" description (probably several underlying problems)
Some context first:
- I have a laptop (Dell) that I connect on a Dock when I am in my office and disconnect when I'm in meetings (several times a day). Every time I disconnect the computer from the docker, the network switches from Eth+Wifi to Wifi-only/no-Net (and conversely)
- I almost never switch off my computer, only put it in suspend
- I have several calendars configured, some CalDav, some iCal
Just living in such an environment I get many problems with ThB's Calendar's notifications (see below)
Actual results:
- Problem 1: When I snooze some notifications (e.g. for 2hours), they come back at other times (e.g. ~10 minutes later)!
- Problem 2: Some notifications come back again and again, with (in)famous dialog "discard my changes and reload"/"submit changes anyway". Whatever I click (incl. Esc key), this message comes back almost everyday. E.g. I have a recurrent event from which the "dismiss"-al of the first instance notification failed due to disconnection on 23rd Feb. Which commes back everyday since (we are 03/12!)
- Problem 3: sometimes notifications are duplicated (cf. picture)
Expected results:
- Notifications should come on time and only on time
- Notifications of "sync" errors should work: at least one of the options "discard my changes and reload"/"submit changes anyway"/Esc-key should definitively remove the notification
- Notification should be unique
