Allow the isKeyboardFocusableTabInTablist check to ignore whitespaces. It's not the best markup practice, but we have it.

The example of a test that is otherwise failing a11y-checks is toolkit/mozapps/extensions/test/browser/browser_html_detail_permissions.js because the about:addons > details view includes tablist with Details, Permissions, etc. tabs that are separated with whitespaces.
