Steps to reproduce:
- Open a private browsing session
- Go to a page that triggers a prompt using Javascript's window.prompt() method, e.g. https://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_prompt and click the "Try it" button
- Put the cursor in the prompt dialog
Actual results:
Observe the shown on-screen keyboard (Gboard on my device) not being in incognito mode (no 'incognito' icon in the top left corner). Texts entered into the prompt will be added to the suggestions (depending on keyboard settings) and shown in other contexts.
Expected results:
I would expect the keyboard to be opened in incognito mode. This works fine for e.g. HTML inputs on pages in private browsing sessions, but apparently not for prompts.

Hi! Thanks for your report! Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce this issue following your described steps on Firefox Nightly 125 (2024-03-18), and Firefox Release 123.0 using a Samsung A32 with Android 13.
Is it possible for you to provide us more details:
- the device and Android version you have encountered this issue on
- the Firefox version
- a short video with this issue?
Thanks!
