Multistage transitions have started failing intermittently on debug builds for windows and linux. See 1875203 for additional failure logs. We've disabled these test cases on debug builds but we should figure out what's causing them to fail.

Should render div.proton.transition-out .screen in multistage proton step 1 transition to 2 - timed out after 50 tries.
