Firefox version: Nightly 125.0a1-20240312214346

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/community-health-outreach/national-kidney-month
2. Scroll down the page until "Contact Us" section is reached.
3. Tap on "Write Us"/"Chat LIVE" button. (it changes based on the live support schedule)

Expected Behaviour:
The chat window is fully visible.

Actual Behaviour:
The chat window is not fully visible, zooming out is required.

Notes:

1. Screen rec attached
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
4. Same behaviour in Private mode
5. This is most likely related to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1885325
6. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
