The class we added in bug 1884995 has nice JSDoc comments in it, but we need to manually tell source docs to pull that stuff in through SphinxJS, a bit like this: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/109bb25545f0d2df31954dc0a9afbf30d900b6bb/browser/components/backup/docs/backup-service.rst#1-8
