Follow up to Bug 1560024.
Change breakout angle of axis locking from 45 to 30 degrees to achieve an easier breakout from the current scroll direction.

Will, thanks a lot for your feedback on bug 1560024. We have lowered the breakout angle for axis locking from 45 to 30 degrees with this bug. The change is available in Firefox Nightly for Android. We'd be happy to hear whether this improves your experience or not.

That aspect of it is improved but it seems to still be "re-locking" to the other axis instead of becoming completely free/unlocked. Once the user breaks the lock, would you consider have it be completely free? This is what Chrome for Android does
