Steps to reproduce:
Put a between japanese characters.
Actual results:
It is ignored and the word wraps at an arbitrary point instead.
Expected results:
The word wrapping should prefer the point at which the ZWSP is for line breaking.
I have attached a simple html file that clearly illustrates the issue.
