This bug is for reducing the number of PDFs being tested. Once the changes in bug 1855674 land, we'll be testing a lot of PDFs across 10 chunks. We should be able to reduce this by a lot. At the same time, it would be good to add a field to the test_manifest.json file in the pdf.js repo to indicate if a pdf file should be included in the tests.
