Collect the outer and inner window sizes. This would tell us the size of the user's toolbars/menus.

To provide additional context on collected data, while outer and inner window sizes would give us the chrome UI sizes, the combination of posx/y with the size mode would give us the size of user's task/menu bars.

Data review request

Everything looks like it's in order for this data collection. The collection will happen indefinitely, but we will make sure that https://github.com/mozilla/probe-scraper/issues/759 is fixed before starting the collection, so that data is not retained longer than the 30-90 day window.
