Description: Screenshot tool captures only visible part of SharePoint pages instead of whole pages
Steps to Reproduce:
I tested this on two different SharePoint domains. In both cases, when I click the screenshot capturing tool and choose save whole page it only captures the visible part of the page.
If I zoom out I can capture more of the page (as more is drawn on the screen).
There's also an issue if I select parts of the page to screenshot, then zoom in, and then press the blue confirmation button using my keyboard. In such a case I get a screenshot that's okay in the visible part and black in the invisible part, although the dimensions are proper. (Note that I can't click the button as it's drawn outside of the screen). Please find it attached.
The issue is also present when viewing diffs in Gerrit (v. 2.14.20).
Taking screenshots on other pages tested works fine (e.g. PyTorch's GitHub repo's main page).
