From github: https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/134865.
<!-- @browser: Firefox Mobile 124.0 -->
<!-- @ua_header: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 9; Mobile; rv:124.0) Gecko/124.0 Firefox/124.0 -->
<!-- @reported_with: unknown -->URL: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iR9zBsKELVs&pp=ygUFbmtiaGQ%3D
Browser / Version: Firefox Mobile 124.0
Operating System: Android 9
Tested Another Browser: Yes OtherProblem type: Design is broken
Description: Items not fully visible
Steps to Reproduce:
If you start a video in picture-in-picture mode and then open it, it does not open in full screen, this is the case on all sites (I tested on 9,10,11 versions of Android). Also, on Android 9 with three navigation buttons enabled, they do not always disappear, and elements from the top panel (Wi-Fi, clock) remain. It's the same in the stable version.

This appears to be an Android issue and not a toolkit PiP issue. Moving to Fenix :: General because I'm not sure exactly where this should go.
