Blocked on webgpu-f16, which is optional for conformance to the spec. Demoting to P4.

I'm no longer able to reproduce this, because I'm running into issues where network resources fail to fetch. Maybe this benchmark is no longer working?

Resolving as INVALID for now.

The demo is working again, although fp16 seems to be disabled in the demo itself (at least on Mac) -- both in Chrome and Firefox.

However, I tried enabling the fp16 checkbox in the DOM inspector, and was then able to select it and run the demo, seemingly successfully.
