Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to about:preferences.
  2. Utilize the "Find in Settings" search box to look for "certificates".
  3. Click the 'Go Back One Page' button.
  4. Click the 'Go Forward One Page' button.
  5. lick the 'Go Back One Page' button multiple times.

Actual Results:

  • Step3: Page from 'about:preferences#searchResults' to 'about:preferences'
  • Step4: 'Go Forward One Page' button is clickable but do nothing after clicking it
  • Step5: The page is locked in 'about:preferences#general'

Expected Results:

  • Step3: Page from 'about:preferences#searchResults' to 'about:preferences#general'
  • Step4: 'Go Forward One Page' button is clickable and page goes back to the previous one after clicking it

This is basically the same issue as bug 1766143.
