Preconditions

• Existing a saved login with an exceptionally long username.

Affected Version:

• Firefox 123.0.1 (64-bit)

Affected Platforms:

• MacOS 14.1 (23B2073)

Steps to Reproduce:

• 1.Navigate to about:logins
• 2.click the saved login
• 3.click the "…" of the username
• 4.Use the right arrow key to view the remaining content.

Actual Results:

• The cursor does not appear, leaving users unable to determine the focus within the text.

Expected Results:

• A cursor should be visible to indicate the current focus point within the text for the user's orientation during navigation.

Hi,

I can reproduce the issue in Release 124.0.1, Beta 125.0b5, and the latest Nightly 126.0a1 build using Windows 10.
