Steps to reproduce:

Enable desktop notification from youtube settings
Allow notification from mac system settings
Wait for a notification to show up
Clicking on the youtube notification doesn't do anything, it only bring the browser to the front in focus

Actual results:

Clicking on the youtube notification doesn't do anything, it only bring the browser to the front in focus

Expected results:

Clicking on the notification should 1) bring browser to focus 2) open a new tab 3) go to the URL or comment deep linked from the notification
