When reply to this message, Japanese subject can't be displayed correctly. This
problem occurs only in case of reply, but displayed correctly in case of forward. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.unzip attached file
2.move it to Mail folder
3.launch mozilla
4.choose the message and reply

Actual Results:  
display japanese subject incorrectly

Expected Results:  
display japanese message correctly

66098 is a similar bug but in case of forward.

the charset is set to iso-2022-jp, but the message is actually in
UTF-8

OK, but why can it be forwarded correctly, while it can't be replied ?
