Steps to reproduce:

Need to browsing web until in shortcuts menu will appear unpinned shortcut. To reproduce bug need to hold at that shortcut, press «Delete from histry», and then «UNDO»

Actual results:

Shortcut getting pinned even if it wasn't before deleting

Expected results:

Shortcut must be unpinned

I was able to reproduce this issue on Firefox Nightly 126, Firefox 125 Beta 7 and Firefox 124.1.0 using a Samsung Galaxy A32 (Android 13) and Oppo Find X3 Neo (Android 11). Confirming as New.
