Picture 4000x100 pixels is displayed split-up and compressed in width but not
filling out frame. Netscape 4.78 and MSIE 4+ show it correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the URL supplied with Mozilla.

Actual Results:  
Crippled image displayed.

Expected Results:  
Show the image correctly.

Hmm. Work for me on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b)
Gecko/20030111 on Win XP. I could not find difference between Mozilla and IE in
this case.

WFM 20030205 on WinXP - looks the same as it does in IE6.

please reopen if the problem persists with a new build of Mozilla
