As the follow-up on Bug 1852788, it's time to enable fdlibm in FPP and disable it in Nightly/Early Beta. I think I'm going to combine in the patch for Bug 1854682 also.

Cameron, can we enable this by default in source code? This would be Firefox 132 and later. Still macOS/Linux only and when FPP is used.

Yes, if we have a way top enable it only by OS then I can end the rollout once you flip the prefs or vice versa
