In Bug 1883747, I assumed that we wouldn't need to cover IndexedDB-related files in storage/permanent/chrome
for telemetry measurements. Turns out we actually do and want to do so separately from Bug 1887724. This is the follow-up ticket for the task, so that we don't have to alter the already approved patch and pending data collection request for Bug 1883747.
