I noticed we had 32 chunks on tsan for crashtest and all tasks were 6 minutes or faster- this should be 16 if not 12 or 8 tasks instead. Look at reftest as well, and consider adjusting for asan, ccov, debug.

this should save about 7 hours/full push, or upwards of 100 hours of cpu time/day.
