Attachment: TalkBack does not include the heading role

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure TalkBack is running
2. Navigate to a translatable page and confirm the translation sheet is opened
3. Navigate to the heading of the sheet and observe the TalkBack announcement
4. Confirm TalkBack user could navigate to the heading via shortcuts (swipe with 3 fingers left/right to "Headings" options and then swipe up/down with 1 finger to navigate between headings)

Expected behavior

1. The heading text is announced as heading

Actual behavior

1. The heading is announced as static text: Try private translations in Firefox (no role is provided)
   Note: the shortcut behavior is working, thus marking this as access-S4 - there is also a chance that this is my device/OS/TalkBack version that is buggy or some TB settings got changed after the recent update.

Confirmed that OS-provided applications, i.e. My Files, are announcing {on-screen text}, heading with TalkBack.

Keeping the bug open, but again, if this is not happening on other devices (non-Samsung), we could also close this since the length of the content of the sheet is short and is not expected to be long at the moment and the navigation via shortcuts is working.
