1888108 - Open all tabs switches to the first tab even through loadBookmarksInBackground is set to True

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:124.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/124.0

Steps to reproduce:

Make sure loadBookmarksInBackground is True
Open any website.
Then middle click on a bookmark folder that you have (it should have a couple of bookmarks in it)

Actual results:

The bookmarks from the bookmark folder will open in several tabs.
And the focus will switch to the first bookmark's tab even through loadBookmarksInBackground is set to True.

Expected results:

The focus should not change while to the first bookmark's tab, but stay on the current tab that is open.

I've reproduced this issue on Windows10 x64 using Nightly 126.0a1 and Firefox 124.0.2 versions.
I've set the component accordingly and await the developer's input on the matter. If this isn't the right component, please feel free to change it to a more suitable one.
